Design and development happens here. You'll see a full site preview before launch, with two rounds of revisions included to dial in the details.

Your site goes live with your domain connected and social graphics ready. You get a video walkthrough plus 30 days of email support after launch.

A relaxed, no-pressure conversation — usually 15 to 30 minutes. We talk about your business, your goals, and what you need from a website. It's a chance for both of us to make sure we're a good fit before anything is signed or paid. You'll leave with a clear sense of next steps.

Yes. Squarespace is one of the most user-friendly platforms available. Every project includes a video walkthrough of your finished site so you know exactly how to manage it confidently on your own.

Every project includes a wordmark logo — your business name set in a font that fits your brand — along with your color palette and typography. If you need a fully custom illustrated logo, I can refer you to a graphic designer who specializes in that.

Yes — a monthly support plan is available after launch for content updates, design tweaks, and site management. Plans start at $99/month. Ask about availability on your discovery call.

At the start of the project you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire — that's where I get everything I need to write your copy and understand your business. You'll also need to provide photos. If you don't have professional photography yet, I can point you to quality stock photo resources.

Every project starts with the pages your business actually needs — typically Home, About, Services, Contact, and a Portfolio if you have project photos to show. The exact pages are scoped at the start of the project based on what makes sense for your business.

A revision round is your opportunity to consolidate all your feedback and request changes at once — not a back-and-forth on individual elements. Additional rounds are available at a flat fee if needed.

Search engine rankings depend on dozens of factors outside of web design; your industry, your location, how competitive your market is, how long your site has been live, and how consistently you're creating content over time.
What I do is build your site with the right technical foundation from day one: clean page titles, meta descriptions, image descriptions, and a structure search engines can read properly. That gives you the best starting point. Consistent content over time is where real search visibility comes from.

Once your site is live, you'll be responsible for your own Squarespace subscription (I recommend the Core Plan), your domain renewal, and any third-party tools you use such as scheduling software, email marketing platforms, website legal policies, or font licenses.

Yes. Projects are split into three payments. 50% to secure your spot, 25% mid-project, and 25% upon launch.
