Every estimate is built around actual scope. A small service business might need five pages, while home builders and remodelers showcasing extensive portfolios or nonprofits serving multiple audiences might need ten. Things like booking tools, e-commerce, or large amounts of copywriting can push a project above the starting rate. The full scope and price are always confirmed before any work begins.
Open Tree Creative works with one client at a time, so the process is efficient. Most projects move from the initial strategy session to launch-ready in 4 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity and how quickly feedback comes back. Larger or more complex projects, like nonprofit web design builds with multiple target audiences, can run longer. That timeline is always set during the proposal stage.

Yes. At Open Tree Creative, I use AI as a tool throughout my work. It helps me organize project information and milestones, troubleshoot issues, write and debug code, and work through large amounts of information faster. I also use it to help draft website copy. You review and approve all copy before launch.
AI doesn't replace my professional expertise. I take full responsibility for the judgment calls, the design, deciding what belongs on your site, making sure everything works, and testing the code.
