Your site shouldn’t go stale after launch.
Things change — new services, new photos, new seasons. My support plans keep your site current, accurate, and working without landing back on your plate.
A good site quietly stops working.
New services don't get added. Old photos stay up. Your rankings slip because nothing's been touched in a year.
Most business owners know it needs attention. They just never have time.
That's what these plans are for.
- Your site still shows services you no longer offer
- You have great new project photos sitting in your phone
- You have no idea how many people are visiting your site
- You haven't touched it since it launched
Two plans.
One less thing to think about.

How it actually works.
Email works fine. Send me what you need — new text, new photos, whatever it is — and I handle it. You'll hear back when it's done. No ticket systems, no client portals.
Once a quarter I review your site's technical health — pages are indexed, load times are good, keywords are still relevant. You get a plain summary of what I found and any fixes made.
Once a quarter you get a short, plain-English report — how many people visited, where they came from, what pages they looked at, and what it means. No spreadsheets, no jargon.
Most updates are done within 2–3 business days. Larger changes may take a bit longer — I'll let you know upfront if that's the case.
A few things people ask.
-
The Root keeps your site current. The Branch keeps it current and makes it better over time — with new content, quarterly SEO reviews, and analytics reporting.
-
No. Every page is written for you. You review it and let me know if anything needs adjusting.
-
Larger projects outside the scope of your plan are quoted separately. I'll always be upfront about what's included and what isn't before doing any work.
-
Swapping text, updating photos, adding a new testimonial, tweaking a heading. Anything that doesn't require building something new from scratch.
-
Yes. Both plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Just let me know before the next billing cycle.

Most people start with The Root and move to The Branch when they're ready to expand. We can figure out the right fit on a quick call.
Start with a site that's actually built to convert.
Support plans work best when the foundation is solid. If you need a new website before ongoing support makes sense, that's where to start.
